I
have always been a believer, and music is the way I communicate
with the Lord. My love for blues and jazz runs deep and it carries
over into my Christian music style. Like many young people, my
walk with God has been sometimes straight and focused, and sometimes
far off the path. But my belief in His omnipotence has never wavered.
He led me to my husband who has been my life, my love, my compass.
Bob has been my greatest support in my music ministry. The Lord
gave us 2 beautiful boys, who bring such joy to our lives. I have
loving parents, family, and friends that have encouraged me every
step of the way.
I
have wondered why God chose this path for me at this point in
my life, but His ways are not my own. I have learned that the
most wonderful, exciting adventures come when you relinquish all
control to the Lord and follow His lead. I trust Him completely.
The more I trust, the more wonderful his gifts. I pray that He
will work through my unconventional music to reach those who might
not be reached by traditional or contemporary Christian music.
Send a CD to a non-Christian friend. It may plant the seed for
a relationship with our Lord. Then feed and water the seed and
help it grow. We must all do our part to advance the Kingdom of
God. And all of heaven will rejoice!.
God
expects much of those who have been given much, and he has given
my everything! How can I give less than my all in return?
